We are seeking a versatile, analytical and detail-oriented professional to support:

Key Responsibilities
Business & Operations
  • Perform daily operations including reporting and reconciliations
  • Support risk and business reporting
  • Maintain accurate internal data and portfolio/risk records
  • Customer reports
Investment Research & Due Diligence
  • Conduct market and benchmark analysis
  • Perform credit and fund due-diligence work
  • Prepare Investment Committee materials, presentations, and analyses
Investor Relations Support
  • Maintain fund presentations, factsheets, DDQs, and investor materials
  • Support investor meetings, follow-ups, and CRM management
  • Prepare the monthly client newsletter
  • Update website content (fund updates, news, thought pieces)
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external communications
Candidate Profile
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Exceptional analytical skills, highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starter, reliable, and comfortable working in a small-team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (mother tongue level)
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be a Swiss resident or have at least a B work permit
Preferred
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in wealth or asset management
  • Software programming capabilities or knowledge (e.g., Python)
  • Familiarity with portfolio/risk management systems and CRM tools

Responsibilities
  • Managing client relationships effectively and prospecting new clients
  • Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation, wealth structuring, and investment strategies
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of U/HNWI clients
Requirements
  • Strong team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must have an existing book of U/HNWI clients and AUM of at least $50m (all markets)
  • Knowledge of investment solutions across all asset classes and products (fixed income, equities, etc.)
  • Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage
